The NYC App Design Challenge is a citywide coding competition that gives thousands of students the opportunity to showcase their creativity and build real-world skills that they can take into their careers and beyond!
Become a coding champion. Join us for the NYC App Design Challenge kickoff to learn more about free resources available to educators to help student developers use Swift to create the next generation of groundbreaking apps.
Prepare students 13 years of age or over to compete in the NYC App Design Challenge. Students will compete in borough-wide App Design Showcases with winners from each borough advancing to the citywide NYC App Design Challenge Showcase at Apple Fifth Avenue.
Borough App Design Showcases will take place in January 2025, and the citywide NYC App Design Challenge Showcase will be in February 2025.
