Apple’s Swift Student Challenge submissions are open beginning today through February 23! Students from around the world are invited to participate by submitting an app playground that solves a problem they care about.

Building your app

Use Swift Playgrounds or Xcode to create an interactive scene in an app playground that can be experienced within three minutes. If you're new to coding with Swift, don't worry! There are plenty of resources to help you get started.

Winning the Challenge

Apple will select 350 winners whose submissions demonstrate excellence in innovation, creativity, social impact, or inclusivity. From this group, 50 Distinguished Winners will be chosen and invited to Cupertino for three unforgettable days at Apple.

All winners will receive a one-year membership in the Apple Developer Program, a special gift from Apple, and more! Participation is free.
