Apple classroom shows all students Offline.

All student iPads are showing as offline in Apple Classroom, even though they are all on the same network and in the same classroom.

This issue is only happening with the iPad Gen 11 devices. To fix it right now, students must turn their Wi-Fi off and on before every class so the screen will appear in Apple Classroom—this is highly inefficient!

I am not yet sure if the iPad model is the problem, as other grades using iPad Gen 9 and 10 in the different areas do not have this issue.

PS: Since the network configuration is the same for the whole school.

Thank you

I am dealing with this right now and since we force wifi "on" via our MDM, the students have to restart their iPads to get them to show up in Classroom.

I don't have a solution to offer but am following this thread to see if anybody has other suggestions.
