Building Apple Engagement at my Kura

Inspired by the Apple Learning Coach programme and an Unconference session at the APAC ADE Institute, I started developing resources to get more teaching staff at my school engaged in the Apple Eco System. My first 5 books and workshops are short introductions to Becoming an Apple Teacher, Freeform, Keynote, Pages and AR. Before generating these books, I sent out a questionnaire to find out what staff already knew, what they wanted to know, and how and when they would like to attend these sessions.

Given teachers only have so much time in the day, I decided to run them once a week after school and they are only 45mins long. So far they have been great and the feedback has been really positive - especially from new staff who only recently joined our ADS school and have never used Macs or iPads before.

The next sessions I develop and run in 2024, will be a step-up from this learning.
