Collaborating to Investigate Friction in Physics with Freeform

Students were challenged to explore the types, properties, and mathematics of friction. Through hands-on experimentation, students were asked to investigate if the mass of an object affects friction, to determine the coefficient of friction between surfaces using a pulley system, and to explore the effects of friction on displacement. Students collaborated in Freeform to showcase their methods, data, results, and conclusions using combinations of shapes, text, images, and videos. Students enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate in Freeform and share their findings in creative formats!
