Apple Remote Desktop and JAMF Self Service Issues with M-processor MacBooks

Apple Remote Desktop 3.9.5 (1A49) and JAMF Pro 11.6.1-t1718634702

Since adding MacBook Air and MacBook Pros with the M-series chipset, we're unable to observe or control using ARD. I can push packages and run reports though, so only the observe/control capabilities aren't working. In addition, JAMF Self Service "Cannot reach a Jamf MDM server". They still receive the JAMF policies though, so they are communicating. Our previous Apple administrator retired in July, so I'm trying to resolve these issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jay

This might be an easy one ... but on the machines where ARD is not working properly, do you have the Observe / Control options enabled in System Settings > General > Sharing > Remote Management (click the i) > Options?
