Empowering all learners through creative thinking

How do we empower all learners for today and prepare them for tomorrow? A powerful question asked today in our opening session of the Apple Education Community Summit!

I have just read Keith Sawyer’s The Creative Classroom and I am very inspired by his ideas about Guided Improvisation - a rich pedagogical approach to teaching for creativity with deep content knowledge and clear pedagogical structure. I am very interested in growing the perspective that creativity can permeate all areas of learning. Building a culture of creativity will hopefully help to prepare our students for their future. How are you working on building a culture of creativity on your school?
