Using Eduprotocals in an Apple World

Eduprotocols are lesson frameworks that focus on the 4C's. Though not necessary, most protocols that are digital primarily use the Google platform. My question is, is there anyone out there who uses the Eduprotocols, but has adapted them the the Apple suite of products? For example, instead of using Google Slides for Thick Slides, using Keynote instead. I'd love to find others out there who are similar in wanting to use Eduprotocols, but also use Apple apps instead. I'm most interested in the logistical aspects of it, such as sharing the protocols to students and the collaboration of student work.

For reference, I've shared a simple Thick Slides template that could be used for any nonfiction topic.
